Очень хороший и плотный, ничего не вываливается, ничего не болтается. Имеются вкладыши, которые при желании можно выбрать.Очень и очень довольна! Этот лиф, на мой взгляд, даже лучше некоторых фирменных спортлифов. Из 5 звезд дала бы даже 12, если могла бы. Очень нравится! Обязательно закажу еще и однозначно призываю к покупке!
